Someone is bothering me, calling me and texting me every now and then. Although I have insist with him to stop it he continues and now its too a point where I cannot take it anymore.

How do I make him stop?

If you are into Hoodoo, you can use Hot Foot powder to drive them away. But freezer spells are usually more effective
