One method that has been working, is to pull energy to you in meditative state and visualize it through your whole energetic body, part by part. You kind of burn it out.
Another way is to use power of the earth and nature, but no need to physically go anywhere. If you can enter trance state, astral project or lucid dream try this: Go into a deep forest (it actually represents you) and enter to any water element to take a bath. It might be a forest pond or anything as surreal as a bath tub in the middle of forest. This forces the parasite out, no matter how badly it’s attached to you. This might make you feel physical pain even if you are lucid dreaming and you’ll see the parasite as it attacks you (it wont like to be forced out like this), but don’t be afraid.
After any method, it’s good to still take a salt bath, banish, and set wards so it can’t come back.
