Just keep looking. And keep it as dim as possible. When you’re on the right track, your heartbeat will raise and your ears will get deaf or muffled. That means you’re in sync to astral projection.

My birthday is in May. I don’t want to wait that long. Though it would be an interesting birthday present to myself.
