How can I improve my relationship with Naamah?

Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I’m not a magic practitioner, although I’ve read quite a bit about esotericism and spirituality.
I’m a person who relies on my intuition, and for the past 6 or 8 months I’ve been trying to contact Naamah. I believe it’s the right thing to do at this stage of my life for my spiritual development.
What I want to achieve is to be able to access the astral plane and speak with her. I’ve read that Naamah “pulled” other people out of their bodies, but that didn’t happen with me.
A while ago (about 10 years ago) I managed to have some astral experiences, but they weren’t very significant (I was never able to leave my house).
Any advice on how Naamah can help me access the astral plane, or how I can access the astral plane myself and speak with her?

What I currently do, as I go to sleep, is mentally recite mantras, which I took from Thomas Karlson’s book on Goetic Magic and Kabbalah.
The mantra “margag ama lilith rimok samalo naamah,” which supposedly opens the gates of the Qlipha Lilith or Nahemoth, or the following invocation:

O NAAMAH AGAB HAROMBRUB
NAAMAH BACARON LILITH
MARAG NAAMAH ARIOTH DEBAM
O NAAMAH PACHID LABISI
NAAMAH TURITEL MALKUTH ORGOSIL
KIPOKIS RAUCH MEHKELBEC
LEPACA NAAMAH AMA RUCH THELI
HO DRAKON HO MEGAS

I’ve also drawn her sigils that I found, and I offered her my blood, but it’s not something I do regularly.

I think I do have a connection with her, but I’m missing the step of truly listening to her, of seeing her astrally, so I’m asking for your advice. Thank you very much!

I don’t work with Naamah but the mantra you found in the Karlsson book does not seem to suit your purpose. It is essentially related to the Qliphoth system and with this mantra you open the Lilith Qlipha which ruled by Naamah. Don’t do this if your goal is just to communicate with her.

Develop your astral senses and search the forum to communicate with the naamah. Be open to the messages that the spirit will leave you.

If you check VK’s blog and his Naamah’s post, you’ll find in the fifth public comment posted, someone who claims work with her and provides a way to make a petition, taught.for Naamah herself.
