I would like to ask if any of you tried to follow Liber KKK and fulfilled all requirements in time and number of repetitions to each operation?
If so what was your outcome and how you dealed with it?
I ask that for I tried few operations in short time and I was overwhelmed with results, things happened so fast That my brain wasn’t able to procceds everything. Do you have any strategic tips or tricks how to measure success/failure and not to sink under them?
