A post about the LBRP reminds me of some research I did to remove all Judeo/Christian elements from a protection ritual for myself. It is based on very loose hodge-podge research of Egyptian associations with elements and directions. I remember liking this ritual quite a bit and even though I did not continue doing it consistently, it did seemed to sail me in the right direction more or less and I think I will begin revisiting it. Here it is free of charge to anyone who wants to try it.
I named it the ‘House of Pain’ because I was simultaneously making fun of the LBRP and how it worked against me, but also because I’m a sadist and I view overcoming pain as a path to gaining strength.
