when i try to reach the t-g sync…
when i make the cloud exercise i relax all my body and my mind and then…
puff i stop feeling my body, well thats great i think becouse its seems i reached a good body relaxation
its like i feel my body like its a heavy coat im wearin… well you must know it
so… i should keep relaxing more and more
or i should keep to the next step with the breath in and etc
well its hard to me and i keep practicing so just asking for a little feedback
