Here's a magickal technique for high emotions

The idea of that technique is to “offer” an excess of an emotional charged energy to something that has a similar nature.

  1. Center yourself.

  2. Focus on the emotion you are dealing with. Give it a shape, a color, a flavour.

  3. Put your projective hand on/over/in the direction of the target.

  4. State something like “This is my will to offer to you name the target this emotional charged energy that matches your principles . Do whatever you want from it, harming none, for the highest good.” (Adapt to your personnal beliefs.)

  5. Now see the energy leaving your aura and charging the target.

  6. Optional : take a moment to medidate about your choice. About the sympathetic relationship between this energy and the target. (This can be highly alchemical)

  7. Center yourself again. Ground

Examples :

Love charged energy can be offer to the soil and any plants.

Anger can be offered to fire.
Love can be offered to a river.
Sadness = any sort of water.
Joy = hills, flowers, wind.
Abundance : earth
Solitude : land where nothing grows.
Faith : any sacred place.

If you got a promotion/money raise, you can charged some coins and leave it outside. A mantra like “as i feel so prosperous right now, so do everything touching those coins”.
