Sorry for your loss, my deepest condolences. Time travel magic is some of the most speculative magic on this forum, by which I mean there is a lot of theories but few verifiable results by members of this forum.
One of the forum mods Darkest Knight recommended Space/Time Magic by Taylor Ellwood and as some people have said in this topic and others magic itself is not linear and you can astral project into the past and also lucid dream in past events
I also think there is a forum thread regarding the use of a time travel servitor
However to actually time travel or send a message into the past physically is in my opinion nigh on impossible. I have yet to see someone verifiably do such a feat and the majority of posts around this appear to be UPG.
Ank’laht’esh from the Book of Azazel as referred to by a member/user of this forum called Tromz is allegedly able to help with time travel and Fotamecus referred to by a member/user of this forum called wright is alleged to be able to do similar workings with time. Perhaps you can summon these entities and see what they tell you. I’ve not worked with either so can’t speak from personal experience.
You may also want to contact the dead to speak to your daughter. Perhaps your daughters essence is capable of sending a message to her own past self. I have nothing to base this on and it purely me thinking out loud. If nothing else communicating with your daughters essence may give you closure. However you will need to do some verification to confirm it is actually your daughter and not an imposter.
You may also want to consider healing rituals to help you heal from the trauma or put you in a stronger place as doing magic when your in great emotional pain can cause the magic to not work, or attract parasites (both in the physical and spiritual sense).
I would invite you to do these rituals yourself to avoid being scammed. Also by doing them yourself you are more likely to know if they succeeded and you can post here again asking for members to guide you and give a view on what went right and what went wrong.

Hence I would recommend as stated above that you do the workings yourself as you may feel a sense of empowerment by doing these rituals yourself. And as said members of the forum will assist out of genuine kindness if you re-post and tell us the outcome.
One tip I will give you is give it time for your magic to work. I do not know your level of experience as you have yet to post an introduction but rarely does magic work immediately and it does not work like in the movies
