Hi. I need help with a curse or hex. I won’t write the story or reasons here, because I believe you wouldn’t be interested anyway. But it’s about my ex-girlfriend, whom I last saw 12 days ago, and everything looked like we were on a good path (we got back together after a breakup), but it didn’t work out and she hurt me deeply. Since I’m smart and never leave empty-handed, I stole her panties (washed, but I believe they’re still useful) and hair from her brush…there’s quite a lot of it. I’ve already used the panties for two spells..I don’t know if their energy is already drained, but I hope not, and I still have “plenty” of hair. I want to ruin her life. Her biggest fear is ending up alone without children and family. I want to stop her entire sexual life, make her depressed, make her unattractive to anyone, and especially keep her alone as long as possible, completely without romantic or general love. I’d be thankful for any advice or links to proven spells.

I’m not exactly sure what advice to give you here.
I’ve cursed and blessed others myself.
Sometimes I got it back, sometimes not. The worst results were when I directly visualized what should happen to the person instead of letting it happen, giving space to probabilities and the egregore, so to speak.
However, since I started using the moon and astrology for ritual timing, all magic has been better.
What you’re doing here seems more like stringing threads. Look up the keywords: Tibet, Cutting the Cords. That’s what I’m getting from the card I drew.
I specifically consulted my tarot cards for advice, and the Page of Cups came up. “The drawn card shows that your approach is emotional and binding, not destructive. Everything at work here happens through feelings, projections, and unconscious connection, not through overt ruin.”
I know firsthand how difficult it is to act rationally and reflectively from the position you’re in.
The frustrating thing is that we often think we’ve been hurt, but actually, we hurt ourselves by putting ourselves in these situations in the first place. In German, there’s a word called “Enttäuschung” (disappointment), which literally means “das ende der/einer Täuschung/the end of a deception.” (Which is a very positive thing…)
From my own experience, I know that repeatedly trying to get back at a person(persona, Latin for “mask”) often only makes things worse.
If you still want to do it, you’ll certainly find something in today’s information age, but I would recommend working on yourself. (But if she gets on your nerves, carry on!)

The problem is my nature. I can’t leave things to chance, and I need to know that the other person is suffering too, not just me.
I won’t write here about everything I’ve been through because of her, but it’s almost everything. I have never been this disappointed in a person in my entire life as I am now.
Cutting cords is not something I plan to do right now, because I need to hex her and that would probably disrupt the result. That person lives 650 km away from me and we are blocked on all social networks, so the chance of contact is minimal.
I need to live with the feeling that she is struggling and that she is alone in it. I’m looking everywhere for curse/hex rituals according to my preferences, but I haven’t found anything yet. I’ll probably have to create something myself.

you need to protect yourself when casting curses and hexes ,so it doesn’t come back to you
and forget about those panties if they’re already washed., try something with her hair…
I practice magic. I have already done curses/hexes before and I know what it involves. As always, every spell is very specific, which is why I prefer to get advice from you who are more advanced. I don’t work with any demons or angels like you guys, so it’s a bit harder for me.
