Whenever i´m in the astral plane, i always feel that there´s a heavy sensation on my chest and i can´t move, it´s like having a heavy rock over me and i can´t do anything about it, is there any tips so can i leave my body whenever i´m in the astral plane or any tips on how can i solve this issue??
