Look under the categorie Kundalini- Chakras -Energy Work.
You can start with chanting mantras which are in vibrational resonance with each chakra, later ad colour exercises and eventually with time you shall break the blockade on them.

Quick tip - learn the QBX. Praise daily and it will flush your chakras out.

I give this meditation to all of my clients whom want to do chakra work or need emotional balance. He will say you may lie down but I really suggest sitting down on a comfortable chair so you do not fall asleep because you likely will. Its a GREAT guided meditation and I will use it here and there myself.

For QBX search Kabbalistic Cross (a Golden Dawn ritual). You won’t clear all your energy blocks in a day!
