Is there any way to help this happen magickally without it being a subversion of their will or manipulation of it? I am aware of the usual spells and entities but I don’t want to force anything

The answer is…no.
If you are targeting someone specific, then it is a manipulation and subversion of their will if they don’t hold the same feelings towards you. If you cast a basic “bring me love” spell that isn’t targeted towards someone specific, but a lover in general, then it may or may not bring you one of your coworkers.
My advice would be to do magick to enhance your aura of attractiveness, and to give yourself a lustful energy, and then let Nature take Her course. If there is a coworker who finds you attractive, then your aura will magnetize them to you, and they may possibly drag you into a supply closet

Glamour magick can help, yes, but mainly just augment your own energy so that you give off a more lustful energy. That way, those who are susceptible to it will be attracted to that and you. It’s similar to filling a room with elemental Fire. Anyone who enters the room will be effected by the energies but have the choice to give into their carnal impulses or not.
