The placement isn’t realy shone in my pic. Was just trying to be sure it was the prominent part of it. When my arms are at my side it points down. But yes it is slightly tilted.

i’ve got quite a few triangle marks on my body myself. here is a thought for you all Binah Algol and i know not how to spell the last maybe Daby one form the triangle that leads to the acousal. 
this is connected to the gatekeepers too because they bring the acousal darkness.
