When it says “Near The Heart” what that basically means?
Is it supposed to be carried in the left pocket or attach this character on your chest, close to where your heart is?
HOW DO YOU GUYS INTERPRET THIS PHRASE ?
There is nothing to interpret. The instruction is literal. You wear the symbol on your left side, near the heart. If you wear a ceremonial robe, for example, the symbol could be sewn into the fabric so when you wear it. it is at that level. It could also be worn as a lamen, etc.

Exactly as it says?
Glue it to a babypin or something and stick it over your heart.
