This is straight out of the book , so how do you deal with such a demon ? We don’t make any offerings and sacrifices to him ?
Normally entities like these, alongside their descriptions are provided ways to compel the entity so they can be truthful
Usually by biding them or command them to enter either a triangle or a circle and so on…
You can always do some research, that approach never fails

In traditional ceremonial magick, you would either threaten him with abjurations and godnames or bind him with angels.
You can also tattle on him to Lucifer. Generally, invoking Lucifer’s name is like calling the boss on an employee. He’s the head of the hierarchy of the Goetia as the Emperor of Hell so the demons obey him.
