I’ve worked thru V. K. Jehanum’s Seper Gilgamesh from quite some time now, and I’ve experienced benefits by working Gilgamesh via shadow works, health, fitness, black magick, logic and mediation with the dead.
I believed he’s a patron for LGBTQ along with Enkidu, especially influences the desires of masculinity between men.
I want to know if anyone has an experience or an idea with the ancient Babylonian king?
Gilgamesh is definitely a strong figure for shadow work and black magick. I’ve found his story to be all about confronting mortality and diving into the darker sides of life.
It’s no surprise that you’re seeing benefits in areas like health, fitness, and working with the dead. Gilgamesh is all about breaking limits, which makes him perfect for anyone pushing themselves on a deep personal level.
As for him being a patron for LGBTQ people, especially masculinity between men, I think that makes sense. The bond between Gilgamesh and Enkidu definitely has a strong masculine energy. They weren’t just warriors, they shared an intense connection that feels timeless, like they understood each other on a level beyond normal friendship.
I can see how that energy could resonate with someone who is exploring their own masculinity, especially in the context of sexual desire and unification.
If you want to continue working with Gilgamesh, I would keep focusing on that mix of strength and vulnerability. He was obsessed with overcoming death, and his journey is a reminder that we all have to face our own limits, and if we push through, we can rise stronger.
Keep working with him, and explore how his connection with the dead ties into your own shadow work. He’s a King for a reason, and he’s going to push you to evolve in ways you might not expect.
Best of luck brother.
