I can only guess. Belial is handling legal matters. This will be a court battle.
If the names are known, I think all is not lost yet.

In this case, you need more than just a spell. Does your friend know who these people are? “Confiscated”? That’s not a valid option unless the shares were purchased with illicit funds and seized under anti–money laundering (AML) laws. Otherwise, the shares must be returned.
I recently dealt with a crypto exchange that tried to seize my assets, holding them for months. They managed to steal other people’s cryptos but not mine. I went all in on them and recovered every single penny I had on their platform, against their will. So no, “confiscated” is not an option.
