Just an update. I slept really good last night. I did wake up with some stiffness and a little sore but once I got moving around some I stared to feel better. I went for a walk this morning and worked out the last of the kinks.

I just gave birth ( nasty c section) and 18 days later I am not getting any better.My stitches are out but my abdomen hurts and I am weak.

Could use extra help with arthritis in my right knee, it is feeling slightly better but the patella is still glitchy although going up and downstairs is scary but better than before. Much thanks for all you do.
So it is.
2nd day in a row and there is almost no pain. I’m so freaking happy.
