Ive seen several references to ‘Black web armour’ in this thread, and also in the video. But I’m not sure what it is specifically. Could someone elaborate?
Also, could someone provide the spelling (ideally both actual and phonetic) of the word of power reference in the video? I had real trouble getting my tongue around it

I hadn’t noticed much and I’m gonna try some stuff from Hybrid’s post above to see if I can connect with this a bit more, but I had to reply because I have had EXACTLY these experiences with anger and it hadn’t registered that it was related to the ritual until just I read your post!
And it’s also with tech stuff so far in my case . I get super angry, then express that anger by acknowledging the absurdity (of, for example, having safari inexplicably keep looping error messages when I try to submit information 5 times in a row on a form that NEEDS to be submitted) and then the anger just melts away and I’m actually joyful.
And, in my case, the form went though at some point even with the error message, which I found out later when I saw an email confirmation.
So I’m choosing now to believe this worked and see how it can be applied to enhance my own practice.
