Hello everyone,
Recently, I came across a YouTube video about hypnosis. In that video, a person demonstrated hypnotism to release stress or anxiety physically. He guided the viewers through a relaxation hypnosis session, using specific trigger words like “sleep” to send the target into a deeper trance state.
The purpose of the video was to remove anxiety and help the target feel lighter, and it seemed to work well. For those unfamiliar with hypnotism, the process involves sending someone into a deep trance state and making a contract with their subconscious mind to accept certain suggestions. These suggestions can become ingrained in the person’s belief system, sometimes for a long time, if not permanently. After the session, the hypnotist uses the same techniques to gently bring the person out of the trance state.
For me, it was a normal experience to enter a trance. There are many techniques for this, such as imagining floating on water, going down an elevator, and many others, but this particular hypnotism technique worked exceptionally well. From my understanding, one could also modify the script to visualize a specific goal or “spell” and simultaneously instruct the subconscious to forget it once the task is completed.
The idea is that once you emerge from the trance, the work is already done, and you no longer feel attached to the outcome. This is my little discovery. I’m also considering creating an audio file for guided hypnosis, where the person is led into a trance state, given some time to focus on their goal (say, a minute), and then gently instructed to forget it before being brought out of the hypnotic state.
I’m confident that this approach might work if done correctly. So, that’s it for now. Let me know if at least a few of you are interested in this experiment. If so, I’ll manually create the audio file, and we might achieve something wonderful from it.
Let me know your thoughts!
