so i was planning on making florida water cause ive been interested in voodoo lately, the only thing is is that i dont have a alter or anything set up for the loa cause i wanted to cleanse with the water before i get all set up and stuff. is it like recommended that i have a alter before making the water or is it ok if its not even though i have intentions of using it with the voodoo practice?

I recommend the voodoo hoodoo spell book by Denise Alvarado. It covers all the basics including altars.
