Hi, the first exercise looking at the inverted pentagram, has to be in morning when wake up or can be other time of day like before going to bed?

Also i have book of azazel so i can check for first conjuration in written text, where can i find the second? gonna use the first one but want to know.

The 2nd Conjuration is in the workbook. The Pentagram you can do no more than 2x per day is what EA suggests. 9 days (optimal) or 13 days…no longer than 13 days.

So yes, you can do it before going to bed.
