one day a few months back i was meditating on nothing in particular for about 30 mins and out of nowhere i heard a disembodied staticy female voice say “nothing” in my ear really muffled. then about a second later i heard much clearer and louder “YOU ARE NOTHING” and i havent had an experience like it since. ive always tried to make sense of it and have wondered who it is.

Well you where in the right state, but the voice could be anything. Sometimes old fears slip through or a parasite, or someone who wanted to test you.
