Financial Transformation Magick - initial thoughts on new book

I’ve noticed that on some days the sigil is very active and other days it is very sluggish. I wonder if it correlates with how focused or scattered my mind is at the time of the ritual. I’m coming up on the finish of the nineteen days for ritual 4, with only two days to go, and the sigil has been less and less responsive.

I think that probably has something to do with it but it could be you getting use to it. Like at first when the forces of the ritual are foreign to your system it seems more dramatic, but over time you’re adapting to it. It starts to feel ordinary because it is part of you now. At least that’s my theory, it’s probably a variety of factors.

I took a day off after completing Ritual 4 and have now started on Ritual 5. I think I’m finally starting to see some internal changes. They are very subtle and easily overlooked but they do seem to be there.

I think the hardest part of the system in Financial Transformation and Wealth Magick is the Daily Practice. I cannot lose myself in the sensation of beauty so it becomes just an affirmation rather than anything deeper.

I don’t think you need to lose yourself in the sensation of beauty just notice it and put your focus on it for at least a couple of seconds.

Just finished my last repetition of ritual four. I did not get any weird visuals on any of the days. I guess we are having different reactions to the rituals, or since I was the lookout for weird visuals on ritual 4 it prevented them from happening.

I just realized I’ve been doing the rituals wrong lol

I was reading back in the book and found that Brand recommends waiting two or more days between each ritual. I’ve only been waiting a day before starting the next ritual but I was doing that because I decided i needed a break lol

I have completed the last repetition of Ritual 5 and will now wait the recommended two days before beginning Ritual 6. I don’t know how I missed that bit about waiting when I first read through the book but I still naturally chose to wait a day in between so I guess I must have intuitively known I should.

I started Ritual 1 a few days ago.

Let the games begin.

I accidentally missed a day so I have added one more to make up for it, making two more days until I complete Ritual 6.

I like the premise of Ritual 6. There is a lot of fantasy and delusion around the idea of wealth that most people have and it’s a good idea to cut through all of that and get to the heart of what your perswonal vision of wealth is.

I’ve now finished ritual 6 and will wait the requisite day or two before starting ritual 7. If I begin ritual 7 on Wednesday, I’ll complete its 11 days on Christmas Day.

Edit to add: Boy was my math off! I’ll complete ritual 7 on the 21st, not Christmas :joy:

I finished Ritual 1 a few days ago.

I have been trying to really focus on my Daily Practice. I realize that I am one of those lucky people who (a) exists in a truly beautiful environment and (b) is naturally wired to admire the beauty around me. Last night I made a point to find beauty where it isn’t. Subjectively speaking, of course.

I did not walk outside to gaze at the bare branches of an enormous tree against the cloudy winter skyscape. (Stunning!) Nope. I turned my attention to my glass of ice tea on the table and how the lamplight struck it and made it glow like liquid amber. Yes, beautiful, if only I would notice it.

To me, the true power of the Daily Practice is in the asking of the questions (in a mildly altered state of consciousness). I have long been aware that when you ask a question, the universe answers. So when I ask “Why am I this wealthy?”, I am setting up a situation where I will be shown why. When I ask such questions every day, I am changing my own perception of my state of being, thus allowing more of the same into my experience. I hope that makes sense.

I have begun a secondary, related ritual in the meantime. I really love that we can do other related magick as we work through Financial Transformation. I keep a monthly planner which tracks my magick, and it is truly planned ahead, which rituals I want to remember to do monthly, quarterly, annually. Of course I reschedule as reality occurs. If I don’t start a ritual on the day it is listed on the planner, or if I miss a day, I just move things around a bit.

According to my planner, I will begin Ritual 2 on the 18th.

Does anyone else feel energy flow when doing these rituals? I’m now four days into ritual 7 and I’ve noticed that there is sometimes a sensation of energy moving between my crown and third eye chakras. Most of the time I don’t feel anything from the GOM stuff, which is why I doubt its success a lot but every so often there will be the “ants crawling on the skin” feeling of chi movement.

Looking at my notes I recorded getting third eye sensations when I was doing this. Friday is my last day of work for a few weeks, ill re read the book then and restart from the beginning.

Anyone else still working with this book? I just finished Ritual 8.

I’m finding it quite easy to forget to do the rituals. I’ve found myself missing one or two days of the allotted repetitions with almost every ritual I’ve done.
