Ow. Oww. It’s mildly painful, and I dunno what to do. Is this normal?
I don’t know if this is your issue or not, but, something to consider:
The other day I visited my dentist and he said my masticator muscles (specifically the masseter muscle) were very tight. He went on to say that when the masticator muscles are too tense it can lead to other problems and pains, like headache, ringing in the ears, throat/neck pain, etc. So massaging and relaxing these muscles is a good idea.
Also you want to massage it from the inside of your mouth. Stick your thumbs all the way inside and up until you feel your bones and then work the muscle this way. You can find tutorials online.
