That info is in the book I was citing: Practical Jinn Magick by Corwin Hargrove - the proper instructions are in that, and I can’t really just paste it all here as that’s getting beyond “fair use” for copyright purposes.
But in short you use a candle in a dark room, visualise the issue and outcome, and recite the names of the Jinn.
