During my evocations I place my left hand on the sigil when I feel the time is right. I have been feeling a sensation in my arm near my elbow, almost like pain or extreme tiredness in that part. Does anyone else experience this?
I feel almost everything through my root or heart charkras. Sometimes I feel pain on them if I try to push or pull too much energy through them too quickly.
This is only in the left arm. I have no doubt that it is connected to the evocation as it’s like the paper is being held to my hand with suction and I have lifted the paper at different times
