May have already happened.
I had goosebumps and brain tingling for almost 15 minutes about 3 hours ago, but I don t know if it was connected to the ritual
Me too. Tingling pretty much on and off throughout the day.

The same to me
my arms are warming up randomly, lower back just tightened.
For me just goosebumps on and off and tingling 15 minutes as said before.
3 or 4 times during the day my head seemed to be lighter, as low blood sugar.
