A picture of them or Imagine them in your head.
First of all muster up all the negative emotions they inflicted on you. Think of all the pain they put on you then look them in their eyes or their imagined form in your mind. After that “throw” the emotions at them or look at them with the intent to inflict damage upon them. It’s a bit hard to explain but visualize all the negative emotions entering them.
It works even easier if you have a picture of them. While throwing the emotions at them, you can say “I CURSE YOU!” or “MAY DOOM BE UPON YOU!” this makes it more effective. If you get good at it, you can sometimes unintentionaly curse people so be careful. Avoid doing this curse on someone with the evil eye nazar or it will come back to you:
