In my research Portland has some good places. The land I’m looking at is near the New Brunswick border.

Resort to everything you can. Don’t hesitate to ask people, ask for money, food, a place to stay.
Try hard to find work of any kind. You don’t mention family so I guess that’s not an option.
Every town has some kind of social works to help people find an occupation.
Make yourself handy and visible.

I concur with @Alazif, churches are ironically going to be a good bet. Church people are required to treat others with dignity, and as long as you treat them with respect, you will be fine. If they try to evangelize you or pray over you, treat it like a test of your resolve and tact. Treat this like a test of your ability to be yourself without interfering with others and without allowing others to interfere with you. Spiritual Judo, friend!

I don’t sense this as a punishment for anything, just a new step in your journey. Don’t allow yourself to get down. Keep moving, keep growing. Pay attention to those around you, since any one of them could be your ticket up again.

Make it less about magic and more about short simple goals.
From personal experience I can say that Belial can be pretty generous when you go into working with him with no preconceived notions. Let me explain-
While it’s nice to read up on entities, do not let it impact your feelings towards them. What you read may very well be true but it’s someone else’s experience and journey with the entity. I had read all sorts of things like Belial will not speak the truth or help you unless offered something in return. This was not my experience at all. In fact for the first 6 months I worked with him, I offered nothing and he never asked.
Having a pact with him, I will also say that he can bring other entities to you to help if the task falls outside his area of expertise.

I’m very very sure on this. But the one trying to purge weakness out of the Soul is Belial. I’ve done some reading around and have evoked him a number of times to get to know his energy more intimately, and it pretty much fits the description of what else it says about him on the internet which is:
- The one who is without a Master (because he is The Master)
- Numerological Correspondence is “1” meaning he is the first and the last, the One that does it all.
- Reading someone elses experience from another source on another board to sum it up: he can completely break any man down to absolutely nothing and rebuild him back up to something even better (evolution), which tells me he can do alot more than people give him credit for, not even needing I suspect to go to other spirits. But he is nudging me telling me that is a secret that needs to be unlocked.
My experience in calling him. He seemed to be trailed by a number of other entities. I could hear this “very angry voice” of a Middle-Aged man in the background that did not seem to like Belial at all. There was another male voice I heard also that was a strange mix of a somewhat deep voice, but had “Eunuch” undertones to it that kind of made me want to punch the male spirit in the face if he had a physical face… for daring to be a disgrace in Belials presence with his “Unattractive Voice.” Whatever they were talking about (I will keep this to myself) made me think about what is pretty much wrong with todays Western Society… the weaknening of the Male character, where there seemed to be a hint of some sort of energy beyond the facial expression of Belial’s “cool exterior” hiding the fact that he was probably greatly annoyed and even harbored some sort of hate for this.
Well if you should choose a demonic king Cyberseeker to protect from whatever angry idiot its probably Belial

Yes. When I finally decided to leave the woods in New England MA was where I started again. It is fairly friendly to the homeless, and it also has some of the best aid, public and private, for folks in your situation specifically, health insurance and food being two big ones. I would avoid Boston or Worcester in general if you are homeless. Avoid the shelter on Worthington St in Springfield unless you want to get stuck in a world of shit. The Samaritan Inn in Westfield is your best bet from what I know from experience. Westfield is a bus-route nexus close to areas with jobs and it is safe there. There are also about 1,000,000 awesome places to practice ritual in private.
This is actually not a bad option for the months leading up to winter, and I have done the empty house thing. I would not suggest doing it in the winter, though. It can get dangerously cold, and once it snows you will leave tracks when you come and go; this is not desirable for legal reasons. Do not get arrested; be selective. Also, if you are homeless, I would avoid anywhere north of MA in the winter like the plague.

In your position, I would do a shed load of sigil magic, small little, positive, I will be given such and such, I will get so and so" and wear those sigils in your pocket’s, some protection sigils too for safety, it can be rough on the streets and there’s many predators out in the morning hours, sleep during the day and do rituals in a cheap tent at night if you are on the the street. If you find any stray dogs , find a large one and feed him, he could become a familiar and scare off strangers.
