I’m going to be moving in 7 days. Unfortunately the place I’m moving to doesn’t allow smoking which includes burning incense.
I’m considering buying a essential oils diffuser to which I can get various scents (frankincense, dragons blood, etc).
Will the Spirits mind the change or are they sticklers for tradition?

I believe oil diffusers to be fine; when they emit a mist, and a light of a colour which may be set, even better 
I didn’t think about the light color. That would be great not only having their favorite scent but their primary color to.
Hello, I had the same question come to me last night as I wanted to offer some Rose based aroma for Venusian spirits today (day of writing this reply being a Friday).
Recently I learned that regarding offerings, it’s the astral energy of the offering that the spirits take and not the actual physical essence of the offering in itself.
Since I don’t have any incense but do have a diffuser with a rose essential on hand, I consecrated the diffuser and essential oil with the intention of using it as an offering and also dedicated a small prayer to the Venusian spirits that I was doing so.
I would like to hear from OP and others if they have any experience with the same and their experiences if they would like to share.
