Can I do it with YouTube stuff. and just go from Alpha to Theta to Delta or is it maybe quicker to go with a program.
The only thing I am sure of is this:
My meditation sucks, it needs to be improved.

Sounds like you’re looking for a crutch. Do you want to walk around on crutches all the time, or do you want to be skilled at meditation?
These can be helpful but follow it up with the use of an anchor once you achieve the desired state. This will allow you to instantly return to it at any time.
I think what you are looking for are binaural beats. You can definitly find these on YouTube. You’ll want to wear headphones to get the full experience. You’ll find a variety of different frequencies that are aimed toward your desired outcome.
