I was wondering if there is an entity out there that can cause minor inconveniences. Like they can curse someone to stub their toes on furniture, step on legos, forget their wallet when they leave the house that sort of thing.

Casting a simple hex on someone with the intent to mess with their luck can do this too.
You could make a servitor and program it with that intent

Sigil to remove the protection of the target; that will result in such minor mishaps, if you do not combine it with other hexes.
