Sebastian recently evoked Paralda and saw a sylph. If you search of the name Paralda it will come right up.
For Ghob, I don’t find as much for evoking him, but I linked to a blog a while back from someone off forum who did: How to evoke Ghob or summoning of Ghob - #2 by Mulberry
So it’s possible, and you’ve already done it… so this may not be about the spirits as much as something more personal that’s a new problem.
