Elemental nature spirits

I’ve been practicing rune yoga for a month now.

I had a vision and sensation of energy during the Man (Algiz) rune last night -

A wooden figure, like a tree or wooden plank with a face. It was very bizarre. It made me think of fairies or elves.

What’s your take and what do you advise to dig deeper. Maybe the spirit is my friend.

i remembered the book “Plant Familiar” from Christopher Penczak, there is a practice there or communicating with nature spirits and Devas and there is a symbol for using during canalization, and the symbol was a composite symbol with the same rune (Algiz) and other symbol, i guess has to be something with the symbology of the man as part of the nature (nature with trees and plant spirits and totems, the rune Algiz also looks in some way as a upright tree),
just thinking…, could be something of that or nature spirits related

I have been practicing runes for over 20 years, if I may, please take some advice. Every week, draw on your body (arm, leg, stomach) perpendicular to the veins one rune from the old futhark, say “rune … (name of the rune) showes me your effectiveness, strength, show your action in my life for my benefit” and observe behind the events of each day. Usually it will take a couple of days for the rune to begin to appear. an important point, some runes can be skipped, if some rune causes fear or rejection in you (when you read the description somewhere in classical literature), simply do not wear such a rune. In conjunction with other heavy runes, they work according to the program laid down by the author of the Galdstavs, and a single rune works on its own, unless you program it for specific purposes. when you complete this practice, you will have a clear, sensual and deep understanding of each rune. this is done without calling upon the gods. but you can call upon any Norse god/goddess and ask them to guide you into a deeper understanding of the workings of each rune and show you the archetypes of each rune. Good luck
