It’s the animal inside the human. During our evolution from whatever to hairy cave dwellers to farmers to city dwellers there were times water was scarce and the only way to clean wounds was kick them. Those that licked clean survived those that didn’t died of infections. So evolution made it so humans will normally like the taste of their own blood cuz those that didn’t like it were less likely to lick clean and more likely to die of infection. Humans mostly outgrew it with the advent of soap beer whiskey and other things that kill bacteria in wounds. Animals lacking know how and access to cleansers still lick themselves clean. It may be UPG but it explains why people tend to like the taste of their own blood.
I would talk to a doctor to verify this, but if I recall right animals drink blood of other animals due to very low iron levels. So, you might need to increase your iron levels.
There’s a form of vampyrism called Sanguine vampyrism (I think I spelt it wrong) where people do consume a few drops of blood or some rare meat. Maybe you’re one?
@Lildrew67 You cut yourself = entropy You suck your blood = negentropy
The question you need to ask is: What is the state of the blood outside of the fusion/reactor system and secondly, what benefits are there to re-inputting that blood. If you can’t ‘alter’ it -for a specific purpose, before re-input- then it’s simply a fetish.
