Maybe, maybe not, it depends. Sometimes water in a dream is simply the memory of water.
try not to overthink things and rely more on your intuition. If you feel that water in a dream represents something significant, then look into it and work with it from there. Otherwise you’re chasing your own tail and wasting our time.
This is called a “superstitions”. My family believed that having knives crossing each other on the dinner table was back luck. Walking under a ladder is bad luck, and breaking a mirror is 7 years bad luck.
That doesn’t mean it’s true - but you as a creator being can make it true by believing it.
I’d advise you don’t accidentally sabotage yourself by believing in superstitions.
