In the dream I met a very powerful magician so I went to him and told him that I have been trying to get evoke a certain goddess but no success and he told me that I should use more lavender and divide my room into two parts. Please can one help me to understand this dream more

Set up an altar to the Goddess in your room. make the space sacred somehow and separate it from the rest of your room with a curtain or divider of some sort.
