Does it have any effect on the magick if you draw a circle around the sigil after crafting it?
Depends on if you give that circle any meaning.

I agree with @Ashtarte
The circle that you see around most spirit seals simply serves to aid in focus. Nothing more.
I’ve used seals with and without it and have found no difference.
Chaos sigils use your own subconscious so it will only have the effect you believe it does.

Yes! It causes almost instantaneous death! I’d be very wary if you’ve drawn a circle around the sigil after crafting it. Alternatively, I could be wrong so don’t worry about me.
