I’ve recently dipped my toes into the LHP for the first time after having Lilith randomly enter my life in a big way. Since that I’ve been particularly drawn to the draconic current and have started working through meditations and preliminary exercises in the Draconic Ritual book. It’s been incredibly powerful so far and I find myself drawn in further to this work, mainly because I find the energy very empowering, both psychologically and physically. As someone who has felt very disempowered in my life at times working with this path seems to give me power and strength. However I am not a supporter of baneful magick and personally don’t believe in the use of it. Perhaps this is due to my previous spiritual practices and beliefs as well as my views on karma, nonetheless I find myself wondering if “baneful magick” is a necessary aspect of working on this path?
