Right now I’m working on the black flame meditation in the daemonic tongue grimiore. So, I have two questions.

Does psychic energy work less when its raining heavily like it is right now?

If I do the meditation in the morning, would it not work?
No. The only thing that rain effects is you. if you find rain depressing, for example, then it will likely dampen your psychic perceptions. If, on the other hand, you find rain to be soothing or comforting, then it likely will enhance your perceptions. Either way, it is you that is affected, not the psychic energy.
Why wouldn’t it work? That doesn’t make any sense. We pick up on psychic impressions every hour of every day. What matters is our conscious awareness, not the time of day.
