No it belongs to Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa who made the enochian alphabet from messenger angels called Scriptura Malachim.
The malachim and enochian are two completely different things but I suggest to use the malachim. Its letters represent angelic seals which enochian doesn’t. Malachim also derives from Hebrew and Greek which enochian comes from Hebrew semetics.
