Yes frequently when I do scans I can sense the emotional state of the person and I can tell usually if they are or recently have been sick.

Let me amend that to, I can sense thier emotional state or stability at the time the photo was taken. Or if I’m scanning in person, it would be current.

Adding on to what Mike has said, you can sense emotions and physical health of a person by reading auras but not neurodivergency.
