I am finding the synergy of thoughts, words and deed to my best tools as i dig deeper into my practice. The rituals become focal points for expression of power. Belief in ones power is fine but if your work is not lifting you up to where you want to be what’s the bloody point.
My explorationa of the arts has always takin me into strange directions but they have produced tangible results in my life. I am still growing both in and out of the temple so i continue. If they did not i would try a different practice.

No it doesn’t but if you FEEL it does, for you then it could. That’s an entirely different thing and comes down to personal preference.
As far back as I can remember when I meditate or have visions that involve me, I have long jet blue black hair. I change my hair more often than anyone I know, but when I’m at blue black i FEEL my true self. Sounds silly , but it’s a personal thing and it’s all in your head.
For a hairs style no, but I had some entity that " asked" to it to be clean.
It was winter and I hadn’t any shampoo for 3 days,
Even after a shower, I felt really uneasy around my altar,
Took a tarot card, and the answers was yeas to cleanse my head,
After that ritual went well.
Have heard only the spirits of love liked the entire body washed and cleansed before a ritual, have added more people in my " ultra clean" ritual list!
