so maybe better to read up on it for you damage yourself.
Edit: to be fair, you do not need to read a whole book before you can vampirze, these books most likely reveal extended & advanced rituals.

If reading a book is too much for you to do, then you’ll have a hard time doing vampirism, let alone any magic. But Scholomance is a good book that gives more than just techniques. But if you want something easier, look up The Infernal Obelisk, on YouTube. there’s several videos that’ll teach you vampirism.

If you think reading a “whole book” is too much to learn vampirism then you’re not in for a fun time. Reading and learning the fundamentals is a crucial part of magick, and in general magick nowadays is overly simple (GoM style, pathworking, etc), reading that “whole book” is important so you don’t mess up.
Especially since vampirism is literally consuming other people’s energies, you need to learn how to filter it or you can just as easily do more harm than good to yourself when other people’s energy is in the mix. If you want to step foot into vampirism you need to learn psychic defence and spiritual hygiene as the bare minimum.
Honestly, if you’re not willing to not read a whole book, there’s a million other ways to cultivate energy far easier such as qigong, with the added bonus of not needing to worry about the energy you’re feeding on. You need to consider why you’re interested in vampirism in the first place. Any “benefits” of vampirism in general are from cultivating energy so you I’d suggest choosing from the easier, safer options.

I don’t mean to say I don’t want to read a whole book , it’s just I’m already learning about kabbalah and I was thinking about learning some basic things about vapireism

That is understandable but what I mean is that it’s a thing you really do want to research properly because there’s many ways to do it incorrectly. Learning / refining the basics of energy cultivation and shielding is what you should focus on first. After that you could easily intuitively develop your own vampirism methods too or you could follow the normal common ones.
Vampires are a mixed bag. A “real” vampire is someone who can’t cultivate/produce energy and has to feed off of others to sustain themselves, that type of person can commonly be thought of a narcissist too, they usually go through life causing havoc and tragedy to themselves and others.
The occult variant of vampirism does have benefits (Although not unique and can be gotten through other things like qigong) but you need to understand cultivation, shielding and energy and its general working well. If not, you can pick up some nasty stuff and cause major issues, and you might even unwittingly create ties and connections to people and tragedies that make things worse. The bare minimum to learn beforehand is shielding and energy transmutation.
