Yes I have multiple different ones, I have 3 different sigil tattoos at the current moment, no drastic changes as of jet, but my speed at doing more mundane tasks has improved, which is something I have always struggled with, so it has helped
It definetly hurts, but is is manageable especially if you aren’t going to take something, very big or complicated. You can take sigils without them being very big and in that case it can take 40 minutes to maybe one to two hours at most.
