Elemental correspondences are all that come to mind really… I know there is a circle I learned to make where you close your eyes and spin around first, to lose the directions

Oh my god, becoming familiar with the directions is so important. Just interact with the directions, dance with them, send and receive energy from them, pull energy from one direction and push it in another. Being fully aware of the 6 directions is much necessary for astral travel and influence.
