Can I use the demons and the rituals but with different powers ? … for example Belial powers in the book it’s not listed that he can help in legal cases but I come here and he is recommended can I use the same system but the power I need ??! Any recommendations ?

Yes. You can also use 72 Angels of Magick from GoM. There are many powers the Goetia and Shem angels have. The powers that aren’t listed aren’t in the Lesser Key of Solomon which is from Demons of Magick comes from. Upon many different adepts and maguses, Stephanie Connelly is an author of a few books, and has a blog somewhere.

Yes. The GOM authors often say in their books that the powers listed are only those the Gallery have had success with. If they’ve never had any legal issues, then it is unlikely they would have known about that particular specialty of Belial.

Keys of Ocat is a grimoire of the modern age mainly for Necromancy. She wrote that. Likely death curses are in it.
Abrasax is another grimoire that has a curse of epic proportions as a GPM translation. She did not write this.
