Is there a demon where you can ask them to send telepathic messages to people for you and then maybe even relay the message they thought of back from them responding to it in thoughts? That would be very cool and useful

No. Why would you want to bother a demon with something so mundane? They enjoy exercising their power, and much prefer tasks that are worthy of them.
You can easily learn to do telepathy yourself. And if you absolutely need a spirit for it, a simple servitor would be more suitable than a demonic king.

You can try telephonic communication instead. There are lots of demons for that, and you can see them with your black mirror.
